Controversy

In 2017, Raj Korde a 24 year old man has claimed that Prakash Surve is his biological father. He has filed a PIL seeking a DNA test to confirm his parentage and he is seeking an order restricting Surve from denying his relationship with him and his mother Ujjwala Korde in public. Prakash Surve claimed he was ready to face judicial scrutiny and that this was a baseless allegation planted by the opposition.
